Guess what, folks! It’s last call! Look at your cell phone – it’s June 18 already, and we are nearing the end of the Spring season, the best season to sell real estate, and shifting gradually into the Summer, the second best season for selling real estate.

Because guess why families and individuals like to shop for home in the spring? Yes, that’s right – it’s before the summer holidays! And we are fast approaching summer holidays when families like to go out of town and visit folks, and there will be Independence Day and all sorts of summer trips and distractions, and then the temperatures rise and people feel the dogs days of summer…….. so if you are thinking about putting your home on the market and feel you have plenty of time, I suggest, don’t wait! Do it now! In a blink, we will be preparing for Labor Day.

Furthermore, may I add the interest rates have dropped again, and now mortgage rates are at a 21 month low, and that means buyers can afford 10% more house than they did all of last year – this puts more buyers in the market now, and if you are a seller, guess what? You’ll have more buyers competing for your house or condo or duplex or apartment building.
