Well, these kinds of questions will be addressed at our next event! Hosted by speaker Kristi Cirtwill, whose property we will be touring on-site in Stanton, California, this interactive field trip will be a great learning experience for anyone thinking about building an additional dwelling on their property or future property!
Kristi Cirtwill is an extraordinary residential real estate investor in Southern California. For a little background on her, she has purchased over 200 houses in the last few years and is currently in the process of building several ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units).
Come visit one of her latest projects – this Airbnb vacation house and newly built ADU. Come at 11am Saturday April 20 and tour the property! There will be a short 15 minute presentation at 11:15am followed by Q&A.
