Michael Koslov has 25 years of experience buying and selling antiques, and he is the owner of Mr. K’s Estate Sales, a licensed and bonded Estate Sales Brokerage in Orange County. He is a member of the American Society of Appraisers and utilizes his many years of expertise to appraise antiques, art, and furniture. Mr. Koslov’s presentation will focus on the pros and cons of estate liquidation, antique appraising, consignment and charitable donations. He will discuss the difference between an estate sale and a garage sale. Most importantly, he will also share his experience on how to avoid the pitfalls of downsizing – where and how to begin the process, setting expectations, and effectively selling your items.
