Have you ever wondered how Estate Sales work? And if it makes sense for you to do one?
If you have inherited a property, or are helping someone downsize into a smaller home, or you just have a houseful of antiques were were wondering whether you wanted to sell, you may have wondered whether an Estate Sale is for you. But what is an estate sale? How is it different from a regular yard sale or garage sale? Does it make sense to do an estate sale given the items you have, or is there a better way to sell them?
Michael Koslov is the owner of Mr. K’s Estate Sales based out of Orange California, and services all of Orange County and the greater L.A area. He has 25 years of experience buying and selling antiques, as well as providing other services related to personal items, such as collateral lending, a type of lending we normally associate with pawn shops. In addition, he is a member of the American Society of Appraisers, and uses his years of expertise to appraise antiques, art, furniture, and other personal property.
Come and join us Saturday February 10 for a morning of Breakfast and Learn, when Mr. K will share with us the pros and cons of estate liquidation, antique appraising, consignment and charitable donation. He will present and discuss the difference between an estate sales and garage sales. Most importantly, he answer your burning questions on the subject of estate sales and the selling of valuable personal property using his years of experience, and teach you how to avoid the pitfalls of downsizing. This presentation will help you get the most wealth for your processions in a timely manner!
