Just wanted to take a small moment at this time of the year, the end the year, to say Thank You for your readership; thank you for opening these emails you see in your busy inbox to see what I have to share with you about our robust real estate market.
2017 has been an incredible year for owners of real estate in our area, southern California. We have been very fortunate to have a robust market with a great deal of interested buyers and sellers alike. As the economy has been strong, it has given homeowners and investors the opportunity to make the moves they have been contemplating for years, whether it has been to move from one neighborhood to another, one city to another, or in or out of the state of California, from condo to house or house to condo, or from renting to owning, or from owning to renting, whatever fits for life at our various stages.
Thank you so much to all of you who have trusted me with your most valuable asset, your home or your investment property. I know you have choices with whom you work, and I’m so glad you decided to work with me and put your trust in me. I look forward to seeing you in the future, and look forward to working with you again if possible, and to serving family and friends of yours who might be looking for a hardworking realtor like myself to serve your real estate needs and answer your real estate questions.
