Good morning and Happy Cinqo de Mayo!
Wow! Memorial Day will be upon us soon, kicking off a hot summer.
First off, let me share with you that we had an overwhelmingly positive response to our invitation to Estate Planning Attorney Curtis Kaiser’s upcoming talk entitled Six Steps to Successful Estate Planning. However, most participants wanted a weekend date instead of a mid-week seminar (due to a pesky thing called Work).
Therefore, in response to demand, we have CHANGED THE DATE from May 16 to Saturday June 24 at 9:00 am. This will be a Free Seminar with Coffee and Bagels etc and it will take place at 5150 E Pacific Coast Hwy, 7th Floor Conference Room, Long Beach, CA 90804.
Please RSVP for this event as it will likely be SOLD OUT as it is (a) chock full of important information about forming a TRUST for your home and other property, (b) FREE, and now, (c) ON A WEEKEND.
Please RSVP to this by emailing Nancy Deprez at NancyD@century21masters.com.
Other updates: I didn’t send out a May 1 numbers update for the month of April. Suffice it to say I looked at the stats and they told the same story as the month before. Low inventory remains the name of the game and you’re tired of hearing that, I know. Buying activity in the market remains brisk throughout Southern California.
All is well in the market – interest rates remain low with the promise of being higher in the future, and first time and move-up buyers are enthusiastic and excited about home ownership.
If you know of anyone who would like to move this spring or summer, whether they wish to sell their current place or buy a new one, or both, please send me a note, and I can professionally guide and navigate them in this low inventory market. In the meantime, cheers and have a wonderful May 5!
